The fall of 1998 marked
the beginning of the
drum and bugle corps
program. The summer
of 1999 was the premier
season for the Capital
Regiment Drum and
Bugle Corps. The corps
finished in 9th place in
Division III at the Drum
Corps International
World Championships.
